Your 90-minute appointment gives us proper time to get everything right:

• Free consultation to discuss your ideas, look at reference photos, and talk through what's realistic for your hair type and texture
• Shampoo and conditioning treatment chosen for your scalp and hair condition—whether that's hydration, volume, or colour protection
• Precision cutting to create your new shape: changing baseline length, adding layers, removing bulk, creating texture, or introducing a fringe
• Blow-dry and finish using selected products (heat protectant, smoothing cream, volumiser) to show you the full effect of your new cut
• Home-care advice on which products to use, how to style, and how often to book maintenance cuts

• Regular maintenance: Most long hair restyles need a trim every 8–12 weeks to keep the shape looking intentional and prevent split ends creeping back
