3. Booking enquiries and appointments

Our Website allows you to submit booking enquiries through online forms. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment. One of the team will be in touch by phone, text, or email to check availability and finalise the booking.

Full appointment terms (including our cancellation policy, deposits where applicable, and what to do if you need to rearrange) are agreed at the point of confirmed booking. If you'd like to know these in advance, please give us a call on 01484 722220.

Any prices shown on the Website are correct at the time of publishing but may change. The price quoted at your consultation or confirmed booking is the price that applies to your appointment.

We link from our Website to our branded Keune online store at keunehair.co.uk/park-row. That store is operated by Keune Haircosmetics UK, not by us. Any purchase made through that store is a contract between you and Keune, subject to their own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and returns policy. We aren't responsible for the operation of that store, the products sold through it, or any orders placed.

The Website and everything on it (including the design, layout, look and feel, photographs, graphics, text, logos, and the Park Row Hair & Beauty name and brand) is owned by or licensed to Park Row Hair & Beauty Ltd. All rights are reserved.
