What happens during your appointment

Your stylist will talk through your hair and what you're after, then:

• Cleanse with a Keune shampoo that suits your scalp and hair needs—hydrating, colour-safe, strengthening, or smoothing
• Treat with a conditioner or mask to nourish, smooth and prep your hair for heat styling
• Prep and protect with leave-in products and heat defence to keep your hair healthy
• Blow-dry using a round brush to smooth the cuticle, add lift at the roots and create volume
• Curl section by section with a wand or straighteners, tailoring the size and shape of curl to your length and style
• Finish with Keune styling products—oils, sprays or creams—to boost shine, tame frizz and help your curls hold

The whole service takes 60 minutes for most hair lengths, though very thick or long hair might need a bit longer.

• Sleep carefully—a silk pillowcase or loose bun helps protect curls overnight

• Avoid very hot water when you do wash—lukewarm is kinder to your hair and helps it hold moisture
