This visit is all about sealing and perfecting. We'll work through your hair in small sections with a high-heat flat iron, making multiple passes to lock the keratin deep into the cuticle. The heat activates and sets the treatment, transforming frizz into smoothness and adding serious shine. Depending on your hair's length and thickness, expect to be with us for around 60 to 90 minutes. Our stylists adjust the iron temperature and technique to suit your hair type and condition, so whether your hair is fine, coloured, or naturally thick and curly, you're in safe hands.

Aftercare: The First 72 Hours Matter

To get the most from your keratin smoothing, you'll need to follow some strict rules for the first three days:

• No washing or wetting your hair – keep it completely dry
• Wear your hair down and straight – avoid clips, hairbands, hats or anything that creases it
• No workouts that cause heavy sweating – moisture is the enemy during this setting period
• Avoid getting caught in the rain – plan ahead or keep an umbrella handy

After that initial period, switch to sulfate-free and sodium-chloride-free shampoos and conditioners. These gentler formulas won't strip the keratin out prematurely. To stretch your results even further, wash less often (dry shampoo is your friend), and if you swim regularly, protect your hair from chlorine and salt water with a good layer of conditioner or a swim cap.
