Bridal Hair (On The Day)

From £50
45 mins

Your wedding-day hair needs to look flawless in every photograph and stay in place through vows, dancing, and champagne toasts. Our team will create the style you've chosen—whether that's a classic updo, romantic waves, or a boho braid—using professional products and techniques to make sure it lasts from the first look to the last dance. If you've had a trial with us, we already know exactly what you want; if you're confident we can create your vision without one, we'll talk it through and get started.

What Happens on the Day

Your appointment is carefully timed so you're camera-ready before makeup and dressing. Here's what to expect:

  • Arrival and prep: We'll confirm your chosen style, place any extensions or padding if needed, and check timings with your photographer and makeup artist
  • Styling: Curling, pinning, smoothing, or braiding to create your look, using heat protectant, strong-hold products, and finishing spray for a durable, humidity-resistant finish
  • Accessories: We'll fit your veil, tiara, fresh flowers, or hair vine securely and show someone in your party how to adjust or remove it later
  • Final touches: A quick mirror check, any last tweaks, and you're ready to go

Our stylists have years of bridal experience and work with all hair types, from fine and slippery to thick and textured.

Wedding Parties Welcome

If you're bringing three or more people for styling (bridesmaids, mum, flower girls), we can host your whole party in our private room with breakfast baps and fizz. It's a relaxed, fun way to start the day together, and we'll create a running order so everyone's finished on time. Just let us know numbers and styles when you book, and we'll schedule it all.

How to Prepare

A little prep the day before makes everything run smoothly:

  • Wash your hair the night before (unless we've said otherwise) and avoid heavy conditioners or oils near the roots—they make styles slip
  • Arrive with dry hair to save time; we'll add texture or curls as needed
  • Bring your veil and any accessories with you, plus inspiration photos if you haven't had a trial
  • Eat breakfast and stay hydrated—you'll be sitting still for a while!

On the day, we recommend packing a small emergency kit: mini hairspray, a few extra pins, and a comb for any touch-ups between photos and the reception. Your maid of honour will thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a hair trial before my wedding day?
A trial isn't required, but it's highly recommended. It lets you test the style, see how it holds, and make any tweaks. If you're confident we can create your look without one, just bring inspiration photos and we'll talk it through on the day.
How long does bridal hair styling take?
Around 45 minutes if you've had a trial and we know the plan. More complex styles or working without a trial can take longer, so let us know your vision when you book.
Can you style my bridesmaids and mum too?
Absolutely. For groups of three or more, we offer our private room with breakfast and fizz. We'll create a schedule so everyone's finished in time for makeup and photos.
When should I wash my hair before the wedding?
Wash it the night before, not on the morning. Avoid heavy conditioners or oils on your roots—slightly textured hair holds styles better than freshly washed, slippery hair.
Will my hair stay in place all day?
Yes. We use professional heat protectant, strong-hold products, and finishing spray to create a durable, humidity-resistant style that lasts through ceremony, dancing, and weather. You may need minor touch-ups, but the structure will hold.
What if I want to wear a veil or tiara?
Bring it with you. We'll design your style to support it, fit it securely, and show someone in your party how to remove or adjust it later if needed.
Do I need hair extensions for my wedding style?
Only if you want extra volume or length. If you do, we'll colour-match them in advance. Let us know at your trial or when you book so we can plan accordingly.
What should I bring to my wedding-day appointment?
Your veil and any accessories (tiara, pins, fresh flowers), inspiration photos if you haven't had a trial, and a relaxed mindset. We'll take care of the rest.
How much does bridal hair cost?
Bridal styling starts from £50. The final price depends on hair length, complexity, and any add-ons like extensions. Bridal party members are priced separately—just ask when you book.
What happens if my wedding schedule changes?
Let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to adjust your appointment time, but last-minute changes may depend on availability. A deposit secures your slot.
