How will my gift card be delivered?
Online cards arrive in your inbox immediately after purchase, ready to forward to your recipient straight away or save and send later. Physical cards bought in the salon are ready to take away the same day.
Can it be used towards any service?
Yes. Park Row gift cards can be used on any service we offer, from a quick cut and blow dry to a full balayage, bridal hair appointment or keratin smoothing.
Does the whole amount have to be spent in one visit?
No. The balance stays on the card until it's used up, so your recipient can spread it across multiple appointments if they'd like to.
What happens if my recipient hasn't used it within six months?
Our gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase. If life has got in the way and the deadline is approaching, please give us a call on 01484 722220 and we'll see what we can do.
Can I use a gift card to pay for a pamper party?
Yes, gift cards work for pamper parties too, whether towards the whole booking or as a contribution. If you're planning a hen do, a milestone birthday or a mother-daughter day, a gift card is a lovely way for friends and family to chip in towards the cost.
