## About Imogen

Imogen is one of Park Row's most familiar weekend faces, having been part of the Saturday team for years. She is the first point of contact for many clients arriving for their appointments, and her warm, friendly manner sets the tone for the whole salon experience.

At the basin she is in her element. Imogen's wash and conditioning treatment is something clients regularly comment on, and she takes real care to make sure every client is comfortable, looked after and relaxed before they head to the chair.

There's also a lovely Park Row connection running through the family. Imogen's mum was a Saturday assistant at the salon many years ago, so she's effectively second-generation Park Row. It's a story Janet and the team love sharing, and one of many small details that makes the salon feel like part of the Brighouse community.

### Role

Saturday assistant, supporting the stylist team and looking after clients on the busiest day of the week.
